Albireo Consulting was founded on the belief that transformation happens at the intersection of truth, trust, and collective inspiration.

Our Principal
Kelley Thompson
B.Sc | MBA
Kelley Thompson (she/her) is a queer, systems-oriented leader who brings over a decade of experience advancing equity, reconciliation, and organizational effectiveness. With a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development, Kelley blends contemporary education with purpose-oriented lived experience to help institutions evolve from performative commitments to meaningful, values-led action.

She has led transformational initiatives at the Energy Futures Lab and across sectors ranging from environmental consulting to social enterprise. Her work is grounded in intersectionality, co-creation, and truth-telling — weaving together threads of gender justice, Indigenous engagement, and operational clarity. As Principal, she supports partners to unlearn, reimagine, and rebuild systems that honour identity, language, and collective wellbeing.

Kelley’s approach is rooted in humility and impact, and inspired by the belief that transformation begins with truth, trust, and the courage to dream new futures into being.
